Terms of Service

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Multi-Site Licensing:

Your purchase may be installed on multiple Joomla websites. Each website must use its own Membership Pro Download ID for protected updates. One Download ID may be used by all Sports League Management by TreyBraid – Diamond products purchased under your account and installed on that same website.

Adding another website?

Generate a new Download ID for the new domain. Do not reuse a Download ID already registered to another domain.  Once you are logged into your account see the "Download Id's" page in the dropdown under Login.  Simply create a new Download ID and apply that to the Diamond or Gridiron, Subscription & Updates page on your website.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund or prior notice if you violate our published terms of service or become verbally abusive to our staff, other users of our site, or our associates. If such a user tries to resubscribe to our site, we reserve the right to terminate his/her account without a refund or prior notice.

Delivery Policy

Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or receive an e-mail from us with instructions on how to complete it. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, completing the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased. If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased.

If you cannot download the item(s) you purchased or do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.
